I am a Dreamer, Activator, Resource, and Eternal Optimist.

After climbing the corporate ladder for 20 years from a brand marketing professional to top managerial positions, I became The Conscious Chef in 2008. I went on to set up ONAKA Healing Kitchen cooking school, 5 Cafes and Restaurant, a F&B consultancy, and published 2 cookbooks. As a pioneer of "Conscious Cuisine", I was invited by local and international media to speak on "Eat Consciously, Live Mindfully". My passion in health and wellness led me to co-found a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic and Far Infrared Wellness company.

In 2014, I sold the F&B business to leverage on technology and social media to become a Social Commerce Entrepreneur. In 2018, I became certified as a LEGO Serious Play facilitator. My interest in coaching and training further led me to become a certified coach, trainer and speaker with the John Maxwell Team in 2021. 

I advocate the idea of being a Slash/-preneur - one person with multiple indentities and streams of income. My mission is to be your catalyst by empowering you to turn confusion into clarity, to bring dreams to reality, and to ignite happiness in your life.
